We understand that times are tough at the present moment, with substantial price increases as well as inflation across the board significantly impacting our industry and economy. However, we would like to assure all potential and current clients that Cosmay Contracting will always work with you regarding project pricing and terms to ensure that our services remain fair and reasonable, whilst helping to minimise any financial impact. Our company offers residential and commercial demolition services, as well as asbestos removal – with all work quoted and completed safely, honestly and by a reliable, qualified and experienced team.
Cosmay Contracting understands the critical importance of legal, fiscal, and environmental responsibility; and proudly maintains all required safety training, corporate licenses, registrations, legal requirements, and insurances.
Over the years we have continued to build many productive and trusting relationships with other respected and renowned SA businesses, builders, investors and tradespeople, which is a testament to the care and priority we provide during all of our business dealings. Cosmay Contracting boasts an extensive range of specialised equipment built to handle every situation that can or will arise on site, and our safety conscious team of demolition experts treat every client and their requirements with the same level of respect and consideration. Our business strives to be as eco-friendly as possible, and one way that we demonstrate this is through responsible waste management, consistently recycling the highest possible percentage of site waste.
In addition, our yard in Old Noarlunga stocks reusable/recycled building materials, and our team makes a conscious effort to recover and salvage any non-recyclable materials obtained during our demolition services to reduce landfill.
Cosmay Contracting are available to discuss any current or future demolition projects, and our friendly team can provide you with a competitive quote and the quickest turnaround time for completion in South Australia guaranteed!
